Refund & Return Policy

At VISHFITT, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. In the event that your order does not meet expectations, we have established a clear and structured return and refund policy to assist you. Kindly review the terms below carefully.
Note: This policy is applicable only to your first order.


Special Policy for BigV5 Sale

Non–Final Sale Products

Products that are not marked as “Final Sale” remain eligible for return or exchange. Requests can be initiated through the Returns & Exchange Panel in accordance with our standard policy guidelines.

Final Sale Products

Items categorized under “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.


Domestic Orders (India)

Return & Exchange Window

Customers may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.


Incorrect / Missing / Damaged Items

In the event of receiving an incorrect, missing, defective, or damaged product, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory, which must clearly display:

  • The condition of the package at the time of opening
  • All items received in the shipment
  • Any visible damage, defect, or discrepancy

Requests lacking valid video proof or raised after the stipulated 24-hour period will not be considered.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Final Sale items
  • Socks
  • Undergarments / Innerwear
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

Innerwear Policy:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, innerwear products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.


Reverse Pickup Process (Domestic Orders)

  • Reverse pickup services are arranged by VISHFITT at no additional cost
  • Only one reverse pickup request per order will be accommodated
  • Pickup services are subject to availability based on the customer’s pincode

If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available

  • Customers may be requested to ship the product via a reliable courier service
  • Detailed instructions will be communicated by our support team

Important:
If a reverse pickup is approved but not completed within 24–48 hours, customers must notify us immediately.
Failure to do so before the expiry of the 7-day return window may result in the request being declined.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit the Returns & Exchange page
  2. Enter your Order ID along with the registered phone number or email address
  3. Select the relevant item(s) and specify the reason for return or exchange
  4. Submit the request within 7 days of delivery

Upon approval:

  • Reverse pickup will be scheduled (subject to serviceability)
  • Confirmation and updates will be shared via email/SMS
  • Only one reverse pickup request per order is permitted

Note: Products returned without initiating a request through the official return system will not be accepted.


Refund Policy (Domestic Orders)

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected
  • Upon approval, refunds will be initiated within 10 business days
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the bank

If the refund has not been received within 15 business days from approval, customers are advised to contact us at care@vishfitt.com


Refund Deductions

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A fee of ₹49 will be deducted
  • Prepaid Orders: A 3% payment processing fee will be deducted

All refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. The amount is typically reflected within 24–48 hours post-initiation, subject to banking timelines.


First Order Policy

  • The first order placed with VISHFITT is eligible for return or exchange
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the standard refund policy outlined above
